From ADC Project

This page is similar to the Extensions page, except that this page only deal with changing the existing BASE specification or an existing extension.

As in the extension page, there are requirements for change.

§1 The extension must be used in an actual implementation. It must not only exist conceptually.

§2 There must have been an active vote process, where at least 2/3 of the total amount of ADC project participants vote 'yes'.

The vote process lasts for 3 months before a descision is made.

This page should display the same level of discource as the extensions page.

All changes is followed by a Specification increment.
